Boston Pizza Festival

In case you were unaware, Boston has some incredible pizza places, both old and new, from the North End to the South End and beyond. To celebrate Boston’s commitment to quality slices, more than 30 vendors will gather at City Hall Plaza this weekend for the first-ever Boston Pizza Festival. Along with pizza vendors like Regina Pizzeria, Babbo Pizzeria & Enoteca, and Oath Craft Pizza, the 2-day festival will feature live music, pizza-making demonstrations, and acrobatic pizza-tossing showcases.

Channel your inner Barstool El Pres and make your own opinions of Boston's best pizza!

One bite--everyone knows the rules (including this adorable older woman)! General admission to the festival is $15. If you splurge for the VIP package, it'll cost you $50 but includes one hour early admission, access to VIP seating at pizza seminars, free sample sizes for first hour and VIP gift bag, access to VIP area with private bar. Attendees can try a slice for $2 or buy a whole pie for $6. A beer or glass of wine to wash it down will also cost you $6 but these prices are much more reasonable than treating yourself at a Sox or Pats game.
