Ingredients:
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder (Primal Kitchen vanilla collagen protein is Kelly’s pick)
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp ground flax
3 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning
Instructions:
