On this Saturday, September 15, Drumlin Farm will host a foraging walk and kitchen demonstration centering around seasonal edible plants. Attendees will have the opportunity to identify, harvest, and prepare edible plants found in everyday landscapes, like the farm, alongside Landscape Designer Natalie DeNormandie of Flora Verdura. You will also be able to learn ecological, medicinal, and nutritional benefits of specific wild plants (different characters for each season).
