Warm Pumpkin Protein Pudding for the Win

Yes, it's the month where we are inundated with all things pumpkin but we assure you--you won't want to pass up on this perfectly pumpkin recipe! A little more nutritious than most pumpkin treats, this satisfying dish will fill you right up (in a good way). Did we mention it's super easy to make? Warm Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding (grain free “oatmeal”)

Ingredients:
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder (Primal Kitchen vanilla collagen protein is Kelly’s pick)
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp ground flax
3 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Whisk together until ingredients thicken to oatmeal-like consistency. Enjoy!
