Eataly Apres Ski Festival

On January 25th, Eataly will be transformed into an Italian ski lodge, complete with hearty food, winter beverages, and live music. Entering the lodge will be free, and to save time, customers will be able to buy food and drink tickets that will net them treats like vin brulé (a warm mulled wine from Piemonte), Bombardino (an eggnog-based drink with brandy, whipped cream, and cinnamon), and comfort food like polenta, house-made sausage, and cannoli for dessert. Yum!

Après Ski Festival

Eataly is the largest Italian marketplace in the world, committed to promoting high-quality yet affordable regional Italian food with a local twist. As of now, each Eataly USA location is modeled after the first Eataly in Turin, Italy, founded by Oscar Farinetti in 2007. Eataly USA is a partnership between Eataly Italia, Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich and Lidia Bastianich of Batali-Bastianich (B&B) Hospitality Group, and Adam and Alex Saper, brothers and operating partners.

The Eataly USA locations have plenty for visitors to shop, taste and savor including: several boutique eateries, fine dining restaurant, retail counters, including meat, seafood, fresh pasta, pastry and chocolate, cheese and cured meats, coffee bars, a Nutella corner, bakeries, a mozzarella lab, gelaterias, every essential grocery department including sweets, spreads and jams, more than 100 olive oils, dry pastas and condiments, a housewares section, a book store, a microbrewery, a cooking school, various private event spaces, and much more! Whether you're attending for the festival or making a stop over during lunch, visiting Eataly is a must!
