For all my bride-to-bes, you can find upcoming events (dress sales, accessory deals, open houses and more) on WeddingWire. They list a variety of bridal shows and events around the Boston area.

BE Weddings, Bride-N-Belle Boutique, New England Bridal Affair, and a number of others all have events going on throughout the month of August (and the rest of the year). They offer free events but there are a handful you do have to pay for. Also keep in mind this weekend is tax free weekend and some of these wedding dress boutiques are promoting great sales.
