They also pride themselves on sustainability and using 'honest food'; their head chef has built strong relationships with all of their farmers and producers and they know what goes into their products. Chive sources local dairy, artisan cheeses, grains and sweeteners, like maple syrup and honey, from New England states. For the few items they cannot source locally, Chive chooses organic whenever possible. Catering and food is not their sole focus, they also provide design and event planning services. Chive also has connections with a few New England breweries and different rental companies that can really take any event to the next level.
