Girls Night Out: Wine, Women, and Shoes Event

I love sharing events that have to do with supporting different non-profit organizations. Today's post will cover the "Wine, Women, and Shoes Event" that takes place this Friday, August 28th from 5:00-9:30PM at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. Proceeds from this wonderful event will go to the UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation (UHCCF). The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered, or not fully covered, by their family’s commercial health insurance plan. Families can receive up to $5,000 annually per child ($10,000 lifetime maximum per child), and do not need to have insurance through UnitedHealthcare to be eligible.

UHCCF was founded in 1999. Since 2007, UHCCF has awarded more than 9,500 grants valued at over $27M to children and their families across the United States. UHCCF’s funding is provided by contributions from individuals, corporations and UnitedHealth Group employees. Hosting events like "Wine, Women, and Shoes" contributes to the amount of grants they can award. And what better way to donate your money than attending an event like this? So  join the UHCCF in Boston for a glamorous evening of sip-sational wines, fabulous shopping, a high-energy fashion show and delicious food. Check out this promotional video for additional highlights of the event!

Tickets start at $150 each, which includes:
