Tired of the same old meeting and event spaces? Boston is bringing a whole new face to the site visit game with beautiful new buildings going up in the Seaport area featuring new hotels and restaurants. Then of course the revamping of other areas such as Downtown Boston and Southie have been tremendous. Venues for your next meeting or event are popping up everywhere and we've got a sneak peak for you. Check out these unbeatable spaces coming soon!

THE Gronk Bus

2. Gronk Bus

Pats fans get ready! The Gronk Bus, named for beloved New England Patriots tight-end Rob Gronkowski, is available for private events this winter! The 25-seat Ford 550 limo bus is emblazoned with the football star’s face and has other football-theme d├ęcor. The mobile venue has limo-style perimeter seating, a restroom, and a 26-inch flat-screen TV behind the driver’s wall. If you don't remember why this is the coolest thing ever, watch this video:

Aloft Boston Seaport

4. Aloft Boston Seaport

With more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, the new Aloft Boston Seaport hotel will open in February and is accepting bookings for meetings and events right now! The largest of its 10 event spaces, the Mann Ballroom, is a 4,900-square-foot room that holds 500 guests for a reception or theatre-style seating or 320 banquet-style. Smaller rooms like Tactic 1, 2, and 3 each hold 35 guests. The 330-room hotel will offer on-site catering, free Wi-Fi, and proximity to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. For all those meeting and event planners out there, notice the free Wi-Fi! We can already tell this hotel will be a hit!

Element Boston Seaport

5. Element Boston Seaport

Helping to save the planet--Element Boston Seaport, part of Starwood’s eco-friendly brand, expects to be the city’s first LEED-certified hotel after it opens in January. The hotel has about 850 square feet of meeting space split among two meeting rooms and amenities such as a large HD TV and a whiteboard wall, audiovisual technicians, and on-site catering staff. The rooms can be combined to fit 60 guests for receptions. And the best part? The patio holds about 75 for receptions and comes with grills and a fire pit. Eco-friendly, whiteboard walls and fire pits? This hotel has thought of nearly everything! We can't wait to check it out.

Ocean Prime

6. Ocean Prime

Set to take over the 100 Pier 4 space in November is the steak and seafood restaurant Ocean Prime from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. We love the play on surf-and-turf within the restaurant's name. The 10,500-square-foot restaurant will seat 272 diners and have three private dining rooms available for events: the 12-seat Cambridge Room, the 14-seat Seaport Room, and the larger Back Bay Room, which will accommodate 48. The warm atmosphere and amazing food will lead to many successful dinner outings. Definitely reserve a table as soon as possible!

SELECT Oyster Bar

With an anticipated opening in late February or early March, SELECT Oyster Bar will be the new outpost for Michael Serpa, the popular chef from the North End favorite Nepture Oyster. The small, neighborhood restaurant will serve local New England seafood in a cozy Back Bay brownstone on Gloucester Street that offers about 30 seats. If you love oysters as much as we do, you will need to try this place out. Word hasn't gotten out yet about whether or not you can reserve the entire restaurant for a private event but we have a feeling that will be possible. Keep an eye out for their grand opening!

Book your unbeatable Boston venue fast and devour the details of your next meeting or event!
