Sharing from Chicago

Just had dinner at RPM Italian in Chi-Town. If you haven't heard of it, it's a wildly popular restaurant due to it's famous owners - Bill and Giuliana Rancic. The name comes from the initials of the partners in the venture: the Rancics, RJ, Jerrod and Molly Melman, and invested chef Doug Psaltis. Very chic and slightly upscale, it is definitely a number one option for many celebrities coming to the area, tourists, and locals alike. Their trendy menu is just an attraction to diners across the board.

I got a glass if Pighin Pinot Grigio, an appetizer of Crispy Ravioli, Truffled Garlic Bread, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brussels Sprouts and Black Truffle. Amy got a glass of Prosecco, an appetizer of Mushroom Arancini, a side order of Brussels Sprouts, and the Mama DePandi's Bucatini. I'm not sure what Crystal was drinking but she ordered an appetizer of Zucchini Fritti, a side order of Broccolini, and the Spicy King Crab with Squid Ink Spaghetti. We each ate off of each other's plates and it was delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the wait staff looked impeccable in their fashion-forward uniforms. We had an overall great time.

So if you're everyone in Chicago, make your reservation to devour the details at RPM!
